The BCOAG Mentoring program is uniquely designed as a partnering system and the goal of the program is to match a new member with a more senior BCOAG member, who can mentor the officer and provide advice and support in career management and career progression.

Everyone has something to offer and everyone is strongly encouraged to take advantage of this worthwhile program. As a Mentor you will have an opportunity to help someone else benefit from your professional experiences in managing your successful career in the Public Health Service. As a Mentee you will have the opportunity to draw from someone that has had common experiences and benefit greatly from the experience of getting to know a senior officer and learn first-hand the steps to a successful career in the United States Public Health Service.

Participation is easy. Click here to download the BCOAG Mentoring Form.  (Form is in MS Word format. Save the document to your hard drive to complete and send via email.)

Regardless of where you are in your career, the Black Commissioned Officers Advisory Group Mentoring Program will give you the opportunity for career growth while strengthening the United States Commissioned Corps
